Handmade Italian vegetable tanned leather Casual Messenger Style Bag. Made from semi-soft leather around 1,5-2 mm thick and sourced from tanneries registered with the Italian vegetable tanned leather consortium and, saddle stitched by hands (thus it has a rough and raw look / finishing), using the finest cotton waxed thread sourced from Italy.
This bag has only one section on the inside, meaning, one large pocket, which is big enough to carry an Apple MacBook along with other essentials such as chargers, smartphone, wallet, keys, a scarf. You may also carry a compact camera too! Try not to overload your bag or not to put in sharp objects, these could cut the leather. The average weight this bag should be able to carry at ease is around 3 kg. The belt is stitch on to the bag, therefore, it’s not flexible to change sizes but at the same time, it is most durable since most bags with hooks often break easily. We can size the belt as per your requirements. The buckle is made of metal though it has a vintage brass look and is hand-made in Florence, in Italy.
We can also make an offer for buckles made of 925 Sterling Silver / 9 k & 18 k yellow or rose gold. However, the costs of those buckles will be as per the prices of metal and the weight. Additionally, we can stamp your name on the bag, we have options only for English language alphabets, in caps, and these will be hammered on the bag. Please consider discussing this over emails when you place your order.
This bag is handmade by hands, meaning, no part of the bag was made / finished by using any machine, hence, the bag has a rough look with uneven stitching, as a mark of an artist.
